Kieth Olbermann the wise cracking broadcast journalist in the stable of wise cracking journalists at MSNBC has been suspended without pay for contributing to the campaigns of three Democratic candidates.
The debate rages between those who expected he stay true to the rules of the network and those who find no fault on his part - while others gleefully celebrate his undoing.
My position on Olbermann has existed for some time - since he admitted in an interview that he does not vote. Before MSNBC collectively lost their cool, he was the most rabid of presenters, I found it odd that someone so passionately plugged into political commentary refuses to vote.
Such a position lacks integrity, it seems to me.
