I wish I could understand how thousands of State Department documents have conveniently fallen into the hands of a man who would broadcast them to the world risking countless lives and diplomatic ties.  How does he get them?  Why does he publish them?  This is confusing.

Have governments the world over lost their might - leaks like these never happened before - what changed in 2010?
