Just smile and you will feel better or lift the sides of your mouth or just pretend to smile.  The secret to happiness - laugh 20 times a day and smile 20 times a day.  Laughter boosts the immune system and rids the body of toxins.  Laugh away the flu, colds and indigestion. 

Facial expressions - to frown or smile - are neural pathways to the brain that become stronger with repetition.  Once that happens our subconscious takes over.  So its a no brainer - unhappy people have unhappy habits and happy folks have happy habits.

Start with tiny changes and practice, practice, practice.
