On Saturday March 23, many UNESCO World Heritage Sites will turn off their lights from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. Sustainability isn’t an option today; it’s our duty. The World Heritage Site, Aachen Cathedral, may be encourages some of us, in terms of climate change and to take action with regard to the global movement for a sustainable future to join, partly because world heritage are threatened by climate change. Earth Hour has always been more than just a campaign, in which the light is switched off for an hour, it should be an inspiration for us, to act together to save our planet.
