Isla De La Luna (Moon Island)

de bene esse: literally, of well-being, morally acceptable but subject to future validation or exception

Koati is the second largest island of Lake Titicaca. An ornate building used to be a "Ajlla Wasi" or House of the Chosen Virgin of the Sun ", which was called "lñak Uyu."

A colossus structure, with three levels of agricultural terraces, it was built on an embankment of 55 m long and 24 m wide. The building, was constructed with unhewn stone, except one of the 35 rooms on the ground floor, which is lined with carved stones. The entire housing complex had two floors and its front is decorated with scattered symbols and trapezoidal niches.

The island of Koati is about two hours by boat from Copacabana.

The mysterious shapes in the architecture can be found throughout Bolivia in locations like Puma Punku and Tiwanaku.

Were these site constructed around the same time? By who and with what tools?
