Salisbury Cathedral

de bene esse: literally, of well-being, morally acceptable but subject to future validation or exception

Salisbury Cathedral, home to a number of interesting tombs and monuments. This is the monument to Sir Richard Mompesson and his wife Katherine, built after Richard's death in 1627. The effigies of the couple, which lay at the base are very detailed and beautiful.
