In the passionate note (left), the German royal describes how his 20-year-old fiancée's beauty burned his 'whole soul', and how he dreams of the moment their hands touched. The note, dated November 15, 1839, is written in German just three months before their wedding. It is an unprecedented display of emotion from the revered leaders and will be displayed in Windsor Castle.
