On this season of the Real Housewives of Miami, it is cast member Marysol Patton's mother Elsa, who is steeped in personality - Andy fell in love. Elsa is an interesting sight, undoubted personality with her latina guile and sass although her countenance is arresting but not in a good way, courtesy of countless plastic surgeries.
