 A genetic link of British men to the Pharoah Tutankhamun found.  His genetic profile indicates he is the shared ancestor of 50% of men in Western Europe.


The common ancestor is believed to have lived in the Caucasus 9,500 years ago - remembering the earliest migration into Europe began with the spread of agriculture 7,000 BC.
