Chase Manhattan Bank heir Dora Hutchinson commissioned the house in the late 1940s ~ completed in 1951 the wealthy socialite used the house for massive A-list parties.
When she tired of the scene and fled for New York she left the house in the hands of her long term tenant Frank Sinatra. And as we say ... the rest was history.
50 years later the simply named Farralone will be on the market.
