Mrs. David King (1831-1920) nee Margaret Anne Williams.
 
Born in Westmoreland, Jamaica. Third daughter of the Hon. William Williams (1776-18--), planter and penkeeper and Custos of Westmoreland, of Kew Park Estate, Westmoreland,and his wife, Charlotte Fidelia Evelyn.
 
Margaret's maternal grandfather was Lyndon Howard Evelyn, Esq. M.P. (1759-1839), Barrister, of Kinsham Court, Herefordshire, England, who was a Member of Parliament for St. Ives, Cornwall, England from 1820 to 1826. On 7th August, 1852, Margaret married David King (1821-1901), Merchant of Savanna-La-Mar, Westmoreland, Jamaica. They had at least 5 children, 2 sons and 3 daughters. Their second daughter, Ella MacArthur King (1857-1919) was married c. 1877 to Laurence Tate, Esq. (1855-1903), planter and penkeeper of Tate Shafston Estate, Westmoreland, Jamaica. She died on the 28th of January, 1920.
