Lincoln copy of Magna Carta

The Foreign Office file, with annotations by Winston Churchill, proposing that the Lincoln copy of Magna Carta be granted to the USA. 

The document will be on display as part of the British Library's Magna Carta exhibition (13 March - 1 September 2015)
