In 1953-1955 Norm Willey was the Eagles quaterback and king of the quarterback sack which was not an official statistic until 1982 - his career pinnacles are unofficially hailed by fans of the game.
He became a Hall of Famer after his stellar performance in 1952 by tackling Giants quaterback Charlie Conerly 17 times in one memorable game.
