Louisiana Governor: ‘Racism persists because minorities cling to their heritage’
In commemoration for the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King
Jr’s “I Have a Dream” speech in Washington, Politico ran an op-ed
penned by Louisiana’s Governor Bobby Jindal (R). Jindal stated that
racism is “one of the more tragic features of the human condition.”
