Machines of ancient Egypt

This is considered an offering table, but on closer inspection it is machined to perfection and includes hieroglyphs and other information. To date, no electromagnetic test or scans have been done on this piece which comes from or was thought to be from 2350 BC, 5th Dynasty (Old Kingdom) Egypt.
